Builder fined £2,500 by HSE for incorrect use of a chainsaw in the workplace resulting in injury to a worker. The Magistrates recommended a plan of work, risk assessment and of course “training”.
So many people in the Land Based Industries find themselves working alone.

Power lines are a real issue with many workplace activities and so many accidents occur as a result of people not being aware that the lines are there. While Santa is at work delivering all those present he really should do a risk assessment first!
