We’ve reduced the number of candidates on our tractor driving courses to just three per session. Why? Because more time behind the wheel means more meaningful practice, more personalised instruction, and greater confidence by the end of the course.
Smaller groups allow us to focus on each learner, offering tailored support and a more relaxed, productive learning environment.
🌾 Preparing for Harvest Season
If you’re gearing up for seasonal work, particularly harvest casual roles that require towing trailers or using tractors regularly, this change couldn’t come at a better time. More hands-on experience gives trainees the practical confidence they need to get the job done safely and competently from day one.
